Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would thoroughly recommend using this company for any party wall agreement disputes. They completely take over the whole process and take away the stress of dealing with a neighbour (or in my case a neighbors' difficult landlord). A huge thanks to Emma for listening and her calm advice. All resolved now, and I have the party wall agreement :)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I used PWS Surveyors Ltd when I had never heard of a 'Party Wall etc. Act 1996" and there was a new house being build very near to my boundary. I cried - and I cried and I didn't know what I should do. I contacted local surveyors and each one gave me a different story - but most were saying that I had missed the boat and there was nothing I could do. However, then someone told me about PWS - and that they know 'EVERYTHING' about Party Wall Agreements, and if anyone could help, they would. I rang and the lovely receptionist put me straight through to Phillip - and I cried! He was so lovely, he suggested I should stop crying and he would help to put my mind at rest regarding any issues I might have with my property. He came over, he spoke to me calmly, he inspected the building, my walls etc - he spoke to the builders and asked them to supply him with plans for the build and now I have a Retrospective Agreement which I will put with my deeds just in case anything should happen to my house - which I feel confident after speaking with PWS Surveyors will still be standing for many years to come. If there were more than 5stars, I would award it to PWS. I haven't cried since they came to see me!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used PWS for a party wall agreement, having never had to deal with this type of agreement in the past PWS took the time to clearly explain and to reassure us on the legality . The cost seemed reasonable and the correspondence was timely .
